US Gulf of Mexico Port Project

  • Land Area: 300 acres under development

  • Capacity: 100,000 barrels per day modular crude oil modular refinery

  • Purpose: To support Port operations, domestic markets, and international exports


Timeline

  • Q4 2026: Central Asia modular refinery operations expected to commence

  • Q1 2027: First Caspian Sea tanker vessel scheduled to become operational
