Refinery & Infrastructure Projects

Central Asia Refinery Project

  • Capacity: 100,000 barrels per day crude oil refinery.

  • Location: Central Asia, strategically positioned to serve regional and export markets.

  • Logistics Support: Two Caspian Sea tanker vessels contracted to facilitate refinery export operations.

  • Timeline:

    • Refinery operations expected to commence in Q4 2026.

    • First tanker vessel scheduled to become operational in Q1 2027.

US Gulf of Mexico Port Project

  • Location: Port site with 300 acres along the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Capacity: Planned 100,000 barrels per day modular crude oil refinery.

  • Purpose: Designed to support port activities while serving both domestic and export markets.

  • Strategic Advantage: Enhances supply chain resilience and strengthens crude oil refining capabilities in North America.
