From our foundation, we have transitioned from general export activities into a specialized role within the global fuel supply chain, focusing on production, distribution, and sustainable fuel development.

As energy demand grows worldwide, USVN has positioned itself as a strategic international supply chain manager in the oil and fuel industry, operating across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Our mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and sustainable fuel solutions while supporting global decarbonization and energy security goals.

Core Focus

  • Global Fuel Supply Chain Management: End-to-end logistics and procurement solutions, connecting production hubs to international markets.

  • Crude Oil & Refined Products: Trading, storage, and distribution of Crude Oil, Diesel Fuel (EN590 / ULSD 10 PPM), Jet A1, Fuel Oil.

  • Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF): Production and distribution of SAF in full compliance with the UK 2025 SAF mandate and EU requirements.

  • Refinery Projects: Developing modular crude oil refineries in Central Asia (100,000 barrels/day, operations beginning Q4 2026) and the US Gulf of Mexico (100,000 barrels/day modular refinery, integrated with port operations).

  • Maritime Logistics: Expansion of shipping capabilities with contracted Caspian Sea tankers (first operational Q1 2027) to strengthen export infrastructure.
