Mr. Ahmad Ameen
Ahmad Ameen is a chemical and safety engineer and project director with more than 20 years of international
experience in the delivery of oil, gas and refining projects across the Middle East, North Africa and Europe. Не
holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Surrey, a Postgraduate Diploma
in Safety Engineering from the University of Aberdeen and an MBA from Kingston University.
Mr. Khampha Phommakaysone
Khampha Phommakaysone is a geological exploration engineer with nearly 35 years of experience in geology,
mineral resources management and natural resource governance in Lao PDR. He trained as a Geological
Exploration Engineer at Hanoi University of Mining and Geology.
Ms. Vu Hong Cam Van
Vu Hong Cam Van is a government relations, permitting, and environmental specialist with more than 26 years of experience in Vietnam’s mining and infrastructure sectors, spanning state-owned, private, and foreign-invested enterprises. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environment from Hanoi National University and has completed the CEO training program of the Vietnam–Japan Institute for Human Resources Development. She works in both Vietnamese and English.
Dr. Nguyen Van Nguyen
Dr. Nguyen Van Nguyen is a geologist and former senior public‑sector leader with nearly 40 years of experience in geology, mineral exploration, and mineral resources governance in Vietnam. He holds a Ph.D. in Geology, a Master of Science in Geological Sciences, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Geological Exploration from the Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Ministry of Education and Training.
